I totally agree, this collection really amped up my paranoia for future launches and I do 90% of my Mac ordering on the Mac site since they usually launch first. I like Nordstrom too but I have no patience to wait extra days for things to launch there lol I'm hoping that a lot of people complaining to them will get them to do something about it because it's not functional. And this is Mac, collection launches are crazy it's not like this was a one time thing

I've been MIA for what feels like forever. My grandmother died, and then I was out of town for a while. Got back last night and managed to snag Eugenie when it went up at Nordstrom (a HUGE thank you to the Specktrette who posted that link). I went back and forth on a few of the other lipsticks, but decided to just stick with what I knew would work for me (and that I didn't already have more than a dozen similar shades of).

Re: Macy's Herald Sq...IIRC there are more than 2. There were at least 4, one on each floor that had womens clothing! I used to go to the one in the jrs dept on the 4th floor. Theyve remodeled the store recently so things couldve changed though.
What does it say when you click on "order history"? I found my tracking # listed when I clicked on that...although the screen was already on the order history page
No, I checked my account and saw the tracking then got the email after. Both had the tracking #. MAC inna mess.

Found it! It's at the top when I click order history but not when I click order detail, which is the default page when you click through from the email.
And they're just laughing it up. I'm sorry but if ppl want to spend $50 on a $18 lipstick that's on them. I think they sometimes look worse. If no one buys, no one will re-sell. If it's that easy to make some dough rather than do something illegal why wouldn't people try? I personally don't have the patience and time to list, keep track of and ship stuff to many people on top of my regular hectic life, loll. I also think it all stems from MAC as discussed here before. Either make more or properly enforce limits. In your stock take into account employees and sales associates so no one is tempted to be shady. I would be pissed if I worked at a MAC counter and couldn't get a damned le lipstick. I mean really, they're MAC, they can do/afford to make more. It will still sell out, still be limited edition, etc.Couponers
