I was so annoyed when I missed them the first launch but seeing this, now I know why. That was really impossible!

I'm sorry that so many people didn't get anything. I was hoping they would learn from last time, but they clearly didn't.
Same! I didn't get the YSL one but I'm not trusting the order that supposedly did go through until it's in my hands haha

It was literally seconds. The time you refreshed, it sold out and went back to showing OOS like we've been seeing since the beginning.

Now what? Do people have a chance of their orders getting cancelled?

When's the next big event? I don't even feel interested in trying for Rouge, I just want to cash out my points and be done with Sephora and go back to just going there once in a while.

I feel for all of you who waited in vain. Besides seeing nothing that I was willing to use my points on, I had a feeling that this would happen. Sephora management either didn't learn from or didn't care about the last epic rewards fiasco. I do love Sephora for its convenience but I don't buy as much as I could from them. I don't really have high expectations for them and sad to say, they rarely rise above my low expectations. My local Ulta sucks and Nordstroms is too far away to shop in person on a regular basis. I'll have to make do with other online companies.

I'd better not see any of these rewards on Ebay.

if it was a lottery I think people would have less issue with it. The fact that people have points, especially over 1000, makes them think they are able to get a reward. They really have to rethink what they are doing and how they are doing it.

This is probably worse than everything selling out, to be honest.
I feel the same way, I know they can't be too candid on social media but I really hope they're rushing to revamp everything as we speak. Bc this makes it look like they really don't get it at all

It was completely random to be honest. I've had the 2000 point link open on my phone since last night and have just been refreshing the entire day. Right around 2:56, I refreshed, the website said it was in stock and I added it to the cart I had. I had signed in and checked my address beforehand and then posted on here to let others know the rewards were up. And thank you. I never really win anything, so this was a nice surprise.

I wasn't even trying for a reward and If I see any of these on eBay I'm going to lose my shit!
