I bought the smallest size of the Clinique Moisture Surge 72 hour and woke up with a few whiteheads the next day. Such a bummer because it feels really nice. I can use oils and the like with no issues but my skin didn’t seem to like this one. I was hoping to find a replacement of DEs B Hydra but no such luck.
Ugh that sucks, I love the original Moisture Surge. Hope maybe I have better luck.

I was in Sephora today Christmas shopping for my sister in law and ended up getting the Givenchy healthy glow bronzer for myself. It is beautiful! I did a massive makeup de-clutter yesterday and got rid of a lot of items that are old or I just don’t reach for. I ended up keeping Tom Ford Gold Dust as my only bronzer, but I wanted something a little less yellow-y. I got the Givenchy in 04. Yes, that’s the darkest shade, but I feel that applied lightly I will like it. I LOVE the shade. And I am craving a bronzed glow right now to brighten me up for the winter haha. Does anyone else use this bronzer?

Also...does anyone have the Surratt eyeshadows? I’ve been so curious about them for so long. I typically really enjoy the Surratt line, but unfortunately no stores near me carry the shadows, so I can’t swatch them for myself. If anyone has them and can give an opinion I’d appreciate it!

one last thing - I also returned Tarte Toasted. It’s not bad, but I just wasn’t wowed.

Today I returned the Sunday Riley Autocorrect eye cream. It felt nice on the skin and it was the most moisturizing eye cream I've tried without being greasy. However, I don't feel like it added anything or did anything amazing for the price. It didn't even help with the makeup under my eyes. Actually, it might've been worse. I think I'm out of the eye cream game now for a long, long time. I still have my Korres eye cream and serum so I'll just use that up.

Have you had a chance to swatch either palette yet? I have my eye on both.
No swatching but I did wear one shade from Clover. The blue/brown shade. Nice pigmentation of that shade anyway. I really liked the eye look I wore that day.
But I'm sorry to say I managed to bend the top so the lid doesn't align properly. Freak accident. It is bothering me a whole lot. I didn't think I had an OCD thing but I guess I do. I called a store to get another. I may give the one I have away.

Edit - I just realized I never said in my original post that I bought the Chocolate Gold and Clover palette at Ulta. I know that Sephora is getting Clover but I don't think it is on their website yet.

are you talking about the intense version of moisture surge? it is awful. just sits on top of the skin, does not absorb and i am not surprised about breakout

I can imagine!! It's always so strange when you do something super different from what you're used to lol.

Did you give them the email to scan the bar code? Or did they do it another way?

They asked for my email address and then they scanned my bar code!

Ahhh -- i read in here earlier that someone used it at Sephora in store and online. But maybe they went to store first and then online. I did online first and tried in store.. tempted to try one inside JCP -- but don't wanna get rejected again. LOL.
Someone in this thread used it at a regular Sephora first and then online.
I remember this too! But maybe they did in store first and then online.
