hey all, when travelling, does mascara cream/liquid shadows and liners count as the liquid items that need to go in the 1 qt bag?
Only place it was an issue for me was London Heathrow, otherwise it's never been a problem keeping these in my regular makeup bag.

thanks, I'm trying to keep everything in a carryon for the first time. I used to always check b/c of hair products, but I don't feel like being bothered this trip.
Don't know if you recall the zippered pouch I posted months ago from the Container Store. Those really hold a lot! I also recommend their Nalgene containers. I love them especially because they are leakproof. Depending on the length of my trip and what hair products I'll need, I'll use the 1 or 2 oz. containers for those.

Same. My hair products always prevent me from carrying on. That's why Southwest and I are besties.

I do, and I picked one up that week. Used it today with my 2oz Nalgene bottles for conditioner, lotion, 1oz for Foundation, 1oz jars for other hair stuff. I packed a bunch in here. I'll take a pick when I land They didn't trip on the makeup being separate at all.

I've never had an issue with those, Pretty and I don't put them in the bag w/my designated liquids.
