At least you have it corrected. They should have just put the code right into everyones account to be able to use. Duh
Looks like to those calling they are asking to wait till sep 8 since the volume of emails are high --- as per a beauty talk post!! Nooooooooooooooooooooo

And they just realized this today, September 1st, the day they dismissively told everyone to wait for and be patient?!?

That sounds like me at my job...which means what they're really saying is "please stop asking, nobody tells us anything either" lol

I have, and I like it. It's easier to blend than their pot formula.

I wanted the matte, but I loved the textured casing on the sheer. I might wear the sheer more on a daily basis....like an everyday nude

I can't believe they are sucking me in...like they cast a Louboutin spell on me

Awesome Vee & EO----looking forward to your swatches so I can make a sound choice, & hopefully a good Ebates % cask back too

Yes, *hopefully*. What that call really told me is that there is no way in hell they have even approached completing their assessment of all the complaints that were emailed before the deadline and that perhaps some accounts are being passed over because their system, for whatever reason, may be wrongly stating how many points customers had on August 10th in order to be eligible for the compensation code.
I do not know what to think to be honest... I'm wondering if this code or not on my account will even work. Maybe I'll decide upon something to buy tonight and see what happens.
I hope that you all get your email in the next couple hours but I see that they've extended their own response timeline to September 8th so maybe that's not likely.

I think you're exactly right. When I called (several times

) today, I noticed that they also said something to the effect that they will have codes to handout down the road if someones account gets overlooked. I thought that was kind of interesting.

So, let me see...There's the email I sent to customer service on the 10th, the one I sent to the email specifically for the Epic Rewards Debacle on the 11th, and now the email I sent to good old regular customer service again this Saturday that have all been ignored. Lovely!

I've never "raised hell" about anything customer service-related before but if we don't get our $50 credit today I think I'm just about ready to unleash the fury.

My D&G Antique Rose lippie and eye shadow came today. I haven't tried the shadow yet, but the lippie... for real. This lipstick is stunning. I'm trying to resist the urge to back it up. Holy. Crap.
