Just had a look at Kate Richies listing (am ironing and needed a diversion

)
She's now making all her bidders ID's private - is that to protect them or her? Hmm.... sneaky!

Aw, poor girl.
This is one of the main reasons why I don't buy from E Bay. I love E Bay so much, but these people doing the fakes have gotten so good at it.
What the fuck do they do? Sit at home with xacto knives cutting forged boxes and stuffing lead filled pigment into jars.
IDK how they turn such a profit to keep doing this, it seems so tedious.
Anyways, enough of my rant.
Goodluck!

Hiya
No I don't think so. You have the recorded delivery slip with the date stamp from the post office to prove when you sent them. It usually takes a few days for their website to update but any how - once it's been posted it's no longer your responsibility - it's Royal Mails. I wouldn't worry too much - just don't lose that slip!

Katie.Ritchie or whoever sucks.
People like her don't deserve to have computers let alone sell products from them.
Whore.

I'm sure Karma will get back at those tenfold. I remember saying something VERY mean about someone last Friday and then I got a full-on angry yell directed at me the day after.

But yea. WTF! You don't even sell MAC! I'm sure the buyers would check your feedback then check what you're selling and they'll know you don't sell MAC.

You go, girlfriend! *fingersnaps* hahahaha!

eBay doesn't respond because they're money-hungry cons and they rarely respond to reports since they're flooded with counterfeit products, not just MAC cosmetics.

I'll tell you a story, at the moment i have a caravan up for sale on ebay
i listed it as the title
Swift challenger 390/2 with as new awning
any uk buyers will understand what a awning is (i hope)
anyway ebay removed the item stating i used key word spamming as I put as new in the title
NOW i understand i did it wrong but come on AS NEW!!! LMFAO
had to relist without the as new in title
So how do the sellers selling SHIT get away with it?
beats me

I know, it's ridiculous - ebay are really hot on removing listings with 'as new' in the title, calling it keyword spamming. However, if people put MAC in the title and it isn't, their listings don't seem to get pulled, even though I report them for keyword spamming, misleading title and for being fakes.

I once read on one of the ebay forums that one can put "new" in the title and description but not put "as new", as it's either new or it isn't. The principle being as that "as new" is misleading as it is "used" even it looks new.

The problem comes when you have something which is unused, but 'old stock'. Ebay won't let you call it new, so you have to say it's used when it isn't.

That's even more misleading, in my opinion
