You can say unused in the title, I suppose, but 'item specifics' only give the option of new or used. I think the item specifics is what the ebay search uses when you try to narrow it down using the options on the left of the screen.

If Royal Mail have lost the items you are insured up to £34 I think on recorded delivery. If you can't get your money back from her try Royal Mail - it's not your fault it's not been delivered.

Can't be 100% but I have a suspicion that katierichie and big-into-cosmetics (who used to be designercosmetics2007) were actually 1 and the same. Very similar stock, similar photos, both from London, both dodgy. (Incidentally big-into-cosmetics is now NARUd)
