I think, the smokey eyes palette doesn't appear really smoky on the picture you posted. Does it appear a bit darker, smokier in real?

It's a collection repromoting a lot of best-selling LE products, including Parrot. You might wanna go easy on the holiday stuff.

I can't friggin' wait for this collection too!!!! I knew MAC would eventually do a collection like this but i always envisioned it being called the MAC All Stars Collection hehehe

No, there are no repromotes.
I saw the names as I was preordering my holiday collection and they all seem to be new!
They were some tiny pictures too. They looked like they had some metallic shades, not like the Metal Pro ones though.
But I remember a gold one, diiferent from what we have had before.
I also saw that one of the Fluidline will be gold!!! It looks so pretty!
I can't wait between this and the "the originals collection"!!!
