Aaaahhh, ok....I am pretty sure that these 2 will make it.There just too many people loving these kinda colors

It's changed now. Pink Poodle is still first, but Rozz is 2nd, and Glam is 3rd. I think it's going to bounce all around until the day it ends.
Tomango is last, 2,000+ votes behind the neutrals and reds. That is really surprising to me, but it does look a lot like SLV and SI to my unprofessional eye, so maybe that's the issue there.

I don't know... I think I would go with Glam, Pink Poodle and then Hoop. I wouldn't buy the other 3 at all and I would probably skip hoop if it was the only color of that three to be put out. No sense in stalking the website, or dealing with the dreaded waiting room, for anything less than Glam. I would pop in for a non waiting room non stalkery pick up of Pink Poodle.

Barring absolutely fabulous swatches coming out soon. I appreciate that T does a dupe list, tho in this case her dupe list of Glam is off since Mac itself says Mac Red not Riri Woo for dupe, but her swatches don't work for me.

editing to add Oh I do like Rozz but would have to wear it with lots of balm... that is the sort of color I don't prefer as a matte. Rozz Revival would have been getting my votes as well. Not really. Everybody in this house is voting for Glam

Her lighting is jacked. It gives everything a yellow cast that isn't there IRL. This collection is quite Meh for me. More for the mass hordes I guess. Less interest for us serious hoarders who probably have at least 2-3 dupes in each category. This seems to me to be mass marketing for the hoardes rather than aimed at die hard fans who like edgy. I guess if we want edgy we have to look at other brands now. It is kind of sad but maybe this is just how it is. Wonder if this has anything to do with MAC being subsumed under the EL umbrella?

I'll be voting for Pink Poodle / Rozz.
I won't even bother with voting for eyeshadows. They all look so boring! Fiction reminds me a lot of Mink & Sable in the swatches, so that's the only one I like.

I like the look of Tomango and Rozz. Colours like Flavour and Hoop are nice enough, but I just never find it exciting to buy those kind of shades - all I want to buy are bolds and brights!

I don't know how you guys are able to vote more than once! I voted yesterday on my mobile and today on my laptop and after voting it's impossible for me to vote again. I even left facebook and logged in again and no way!
I didn't want to vote more than once as I'm not really interested in any in particular, but I was curious about the comments about multiple voting

I voted for Ashbury and Glam, but I am not spending a lot of time voting. I am betting the boring, predictable, easily dupeable colors win.

Unfortunately, I think a lot of companies are moving away from edgy in the name of having a permanent line that caters to mass tastes. Urban Decay has a wonderful looking new lipstick line, but they have gradually culled all of the risky shades they made their name on. They still have some bright, bold reds, but so does everyone at this point. In terms of shadows, it's a little better, since both MUFE and Inglot have incredibly broad ranges, but there just aren't that many shades that make me stop and wonder how they came up with it- the reaction I had when I first saw Vex, my all-time favourite Mac shadow. (Ironically, Vex is a very wearable neutral, but it's a fascinating mix of colours at the same time.)

One thought that I had about this "contest"- it would be really nice if the #1 products in each category could just be added to the permanent line (as CYY was last year).

Ack! Muppet flail. I have been telling all my family, when they compare my beloved glam with the PP, that I don't care if PP has three times as many votes as long as we are in the top three. Go Team Glam! Rah Rah. If mac was adding the #1 to perm line I would have to rethink that. Not that 5 peeps can make that much of a difference. That is what 70 votes?

editing to add~ tho the CYY fans are happy it is perm I am not. I purchased 2 when it came out due to swatch love {in particular VV use of it in her header} and I haven't worn it once. Well I tested one on my lips but no I haven't worn it. If it were not perm I could easily recoup my costs but alas. Totally diff story if it had been a diff color added.

Kinda bummed about the fact that a glaze is winning, if in fact those three end up winning then it'll be my easiest skip

Wow. Uh, not particularly enthused by this. Of the ES, the only ones I find pretty are Fiction (which from T's swatches, looks like it would read way too yellow on me) and Diesel (and really... how many grey eyeshadows do I possibly need?). The lipsticks, I think, actually all look nice, but as so many of you said, completely dupeable. Pink Poodle is my favorite, but I hate the glaze finish in general. :eek:hboy: So I'm not sure what to vote for. Glam is the only other one I know would work on me, but, again, how many reds does one person need? Especially when my favorite lip colors are pink and purple. The totals as of a few minutes ago are: Lipsticks Pink Poodle 4686 Flavour 4645 Hoop 4393 Glam 2849 Rozz 2797 Tomango 2526 Eyeshadows Butterscotch 6969 Ashbury 2927 Fiction 1879 Chill 1478 Diesel 1429 I'm surprised Flavour is so high up, and Hoop, to be honest.
NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Tomango is losing!
