Yeah I am. I have a few more paychecks until then.

BUT now that I think about it, I may pass up on the palette and get everything else. I mean I have all the colors already.

I will just get everything else and it will still be under $100!

You can use subculture, since it's a nude shade anyway. As someone else mentioned a bit further down, the dark colours will just cover up the liner anyway. Actually, unless you intend on changing up the colour of a lipstick, it's usually best to go with a nude liner anyway.

You can get that sharp line without a liner if you use a lip brush.

I really have been trying to ignore all the Mattene fervor. And convince myself that I will not pick up at least one or more.

I could not remember, but found it by looking online. She used, in the order of application, Clear Brow Set (yes, really), Sublime Culture, Kirsh, Currant, Jampacked (center only).

So my list has def. changed. Since i went check out the collection tonight, I only had like 20 minutes. I so want everything that was there. But here is my list:

I got the Shadowy Lady Quad and the Spiced Chocolate Quad.

I almost bought the Cherry Blossom Lipglass, but then I found a Sea Me Shadestick and had to buy that instead :O

I went today and got the Spiced Chocolate quad and the Liquer l/g along with a few other products not from the CoC collection. I can't wait to play with them! My boyfriend and I both loved the look the MA did.

Thanks for the confirmation, I can sleep better tonight. =P I wish I could buy it and love it like you, Elegant, but I'll have to be passing this time around! =( I'll keep myself happy with Illegal Cargo under Mauvement. I hope that'll work! Or Mauvism paint...?

I also realized that my Rule of Plum from Patternmaker looks really similar to Jampacked, just a tad warmer (more plummy than grape-y) and without the shimmer *sob!*. So I'm peacefully passing on Jampacked. Now it's between So Scarlet, Bing and Kirsch... and I've almost sold my husband on Cult of Cherry! =D But nothing will happen there, he won't have the cash to spring that surprise on me. It's just good to know he thinks it's hot, not scary, for me to wear red lips.

**edit** Forgot to add, the swatches of Liqueur have caught my eye as well... I'm hoping I have something similar in my arsenal of glosses...!!

I got lots of CoC and I loved it!

I just got back from my MAC counter and boy, am I full of CoC. Almost too much CoC to handle.

okay, juvenile humor aside, I LOVE this collection. Oh yeah, I just shouted that out. I haven't loved a collection this much since Heatherette and Barbie. As usual, I went in planning to buy certain things and came out with entirely different things.
I picked up:
Shadowy Lady - the MA did a makeover on me and this was much more gorgeous on than it looked in the pan. Smudged Violet is the cat's PJs - I bow to the wisdom of elegent one and Audrey on this.
Blooming - I raised my eyebrow when he got ready to apply this. I didn't think it would even show up on me. It did and was completely lovely. Evidently, I'm a whole lot paler than I thought.

B2M - Jampacked, Cult of Cherry, Cherry Blossom and So Scarlet. I wasn't going to buy Cherry Blossom, because I thought it was too pale for me, but again, pale much? It was gorgeous over Midimauve and since I don''t have many pinks I have no regrets. All the other B2M items were equally gorgeous, but Cherry Blossom hasn't got much love, so I thought I should show it some.

Things I didn't get but still want! want! want!:
The mattenes - Kirsch and Bing so too pretty!
Spiced Chocolates - I skipped because I thought it was dupeable, but now am jonesing for it again.
Rich and Ripe - in all the excitement I brainfarted and forgot to B2M for it. IR N IDIOT!!!

Things I don't need -
Tempting quad - hazel brown eyes and chartreuse = a match made in hell. So skippable for me, but for a chartreuse lover it is probably a must have.
Plum du Bois - pretty, but not nearly as pretty as X-rocks, nor is the texture anywhere as nice.
Lightly Ripe - just kind of meh. It was the CoC that didn't move me.
Liqueur - pretty but is kind of out shown by the other lipglasses in this collection.
Cream Cerise - no, just no!

I think this collection is going to disappear very quickly judging by the crowd I saw tonight. Lots of interest in the lippies and the quads.

I was trying so hard to skip this collection but the more I look at the swatches, the harder it is to resist! I know if I cave on anything it will be the Tempting quad. I'm really going back and forth on this as I have Pagan from Alexander McQueen and they (Sharp) seem pretty similar. Plus I have so many browns...

Ugh, this is a tough one! I know from reading the last three pages though I'm not the only one having a hard time deciding whether or not to get the Tempting quad!
