If you aren't the author of the photo, you have no rights to it. Even if it's in your instagram feed. Reposting (even with permission) gives you zero. The original author (usually the one who took the photo, but sometimes otherwise) is the one with the rights. The wonderful thing about copyright is that there are a lot of tolerated uses where people just share their work and don't get too upset if they're used elsewhere, even when they might have a right too. Many makeup fans don't get angry about re-uses because they just don't. But that doesn't give the re-user rights, and as I said earlier, the original poster DOES have a right to get upset if their work is taken.
