wow july is a super long wait! i wonder what the hold up is!

What is your opinion on the quality of the eyeshadows? Is the pigmentation worse compared to the permanent versions of the same shadows as Temptalia stated in her review?

This won't be out for another month here. Can you believe it?

I found aqua a bit of a pain in the butt to use. I've never tried the regular version as it was gone on the site before I could get it, but I've heard it's not supposed to be as tricky as it has been for me.

When I swatched Aqua, it looked pretty weak. But when I actually applied it to my lids, I was more impressed. What problem are you having with it?

Aqua definitely works better on the lid than when swatched. Remember to pat it on instead of sweeping it. Also, I think it works best over a colorless base.

aqua looks hot as an inner corner highlight with nothing on the lid, like on a catwalk photo that was posted on here last fall as a springn trend, i loved it, it looked gorgeous, and i just used 224

yeah I was applying it to my lids. Just kinda weak color payoff. I had to really pack it on to get it to show up. But like I said I have the one from this collection with the flower imprint, so that may have something to do with it.

Yeah, you can't really get huge color payoff with it. I feel like almost all of MAC's matte shadows are this way, though. I wish they'd just switch over to the matte2 formula.

well i guess the wait gives us time to think about what we really want right? i am wearing alpha girl again today! i love it so much. a work mate even asked me if i was wearing something new yesterday because i looked 'glowy' - the only new cheek product was alpha girl! yay!

I just got an email confirmation from nordstrom that my ever hip lipstick has been shipped. I ordered it 3 weeks ago and it was on backorder so i didnt think i would have a shot in getting it lol. I got ever hip from liberty of london but i heard this one is different. I will post swatches of both once i get this one
