Im going to the mac store thursday morning cant wait I plan on picking up one eyeshadow pallete and one of the mineralized face kits. Got to go easy on the boyfriends wallet since he picked me up a half carat 3 stone for christmas.

my mom is getting me the mineralized face kit so I really plan on the only extra being an eyeshadow palette and then I got some empties Im going to redeem for boybait.

I don't know yet if I will get something from this collection. Some eye palettes are tempting me (Sorceress & Mystic Cool) but I think I need more swatches or just more time to think about them.

I saw some swatches of some lipglasses I think one is called pinkular, pinkarat, and angel wing, for the holiday collection, but I didn't see any of those on the MAC site, does anyone know when these will be released?? I really love those colors!!

well i for one would love to see some piccies of that bad boy after Christmas!!

i wish i knew or had a rough idea on how much the mineral face kits will be in the uk... i'm thinking maybe £50? or are we thinking it could be more?!?!

It is to die for I have to tell you the story Ive been with him for 5 years through hell and high water I was 16 when I met him now 21 he was 37 now 42 and Ive been wanting a past present future ring for quite some time we had our daughter this past february and I thought I was even more desserving he will NEVER marry me hes been married and divorced and doesnt want marriage I accpet that but I want my ring I still desserve it. She showed me a one carat round cut so gorgeous and sparkly it was 1700 on clearance for 768 I said I can't do it plus I like princess cut so she showed me a 1/4 carat princess cut that was 545 on sale for 399 I said this is the one she said if you put it in layaway for him and he gets it by dec 4th they will take an extra 50 off so thats what I did. Well I didnt tell him about it that night he started texting me he just got done with a band gig and was stoned I figured thats the perfect time to tell him so I told him didnt give him a price he said well you desserve it more than anyone. So I got up that morning went back up to kay with the word you desserve it more than anyone in my head I said show me something like this but bigger she showed me a half carat that was 945 and on sale for 699 I said ok this is the new one!

I need some help ok I looked at the face kits I wont use the blush or shadows in either really want just the MSF? Is it worth buying the kit for? I was looking at soft and gentle really like that MSF. Maybe I should get that instead and pick up the naught noir eye bag?

yep - i'm buying purely for shimpagne! the fact it comes with a 181 brush (se) is a bonus because i missed that brush when it came out. but doubt this version will be as good as the original. and the blush it comes with is ok but i may end up selling it or giving it to my mum

but over £50 would be kinda insane!

Okay ladies and gents, I could use some help. I am having second thoughts about 2 items on my preorder: Hocus Focus Face Palette and It's a Miracle MES.

I LOVE purple shadows and I don't even mind the glitter crescent in the MES. I actually like the 2 I got last year with the notorious glitter zipper. But I just bought 2 Young Punk MES in SB so I don't know if I should get Its A Miracle. It is very pretty though.

I think I am more in love with the idea of the face palette then the actual palette itself. I have the blush in Hocus Focus (Peachykeen) which sits unused in my palette since I dyed my hair. I am much cooler now that my hair is black and not auburn so it doesn't look quite right. Will the other colors be a bit too warm for me as well (Pretty Baby and Sunsparked Pearl)? Maybe I should just save my money?

i'm like you - more loving the idea of a face palette than the palette itself! hocus pocus was on my list but now off because i honestly don't need anymore cheek products! and because i have plenty of peachy face items that already get negleted - no need to add more!

as for the mes... it's a bigger part of the shadow that is glittery crap this year. a strip i can deal with.. 1/3... no way! it's a rip off. so i'm not bothing with those either... no matter how sexy the teal one is!
