Wow! Thank you so much for this Katred. It really helps a lot. It's strange for me because I'm not big on white glosses but Outer Space is looking really good. Atmospheric looks super gorgeous on you btw.

I'm still a little confused as to how ethereal will show up on the lips.. as its a glittery blue, does that mean it will give you a steely-bluish look? I imagine looking like your lips are frozen.. Help??

I thought that this collection would only be available online since it hasn't really been publicized at all, but I actually picked up Ethereal at MAC on Bloor St in Toronto! They didn't have any testers out or anything, the only reason I knew they had them was because the SA was looking for a different l/g for me and I saw little boxes with the names on them in the drawer! I'm so excited, I actually B2M'd for Ethereal and ended up getting the last one! I'm gonna try to post a swatch asap.

Hmmm... The effect is definitely not Steel Blue, because Ethereal has more yellow to it. It's also not super-glittery. Mac used to have a colour called Surfbunny (I remember this because the summer "Surf Baby" collection put me in mind of it) that looked a lot like it. It definitely adds a blue/ cool cast, but it's not a "frozen" sort of colour. Sorry if I've just made you more confused. Think of it as a bluish-tinged glaze on the lips.

Sorry for the terrible quality of this image but here's Ethereal with Lip Erase underneath it. On it's own, it gives a slightly cool tone to the lips but doesn't look overly blue. Obviously lip erase allows a lot more of the blue to show through.

I saw there was an Atmospheric l/g with the Blue Storm collection back in 2007 and after seeing swatches of it, I want it really badly but I can't quite figure out if it's the same one. I also searched and found Atmospheric on MAC's site. I'm confused about that since I don't remember it being from any other collection. Info anyone?
I kind of want all four of these! Don't need them but they all look so pretty.

Enjoy them- I think they'll look lovely on your complexion. You could definitely have missed these on the site. Absolutely no announcement, just thrown in with the rest of the glosses, supposedly an Asian exclusive and all the launch information we had said that it was coming in February. I only found out they were there because someone else on specktra checked.
