OH no you missed cyber. Im so sorry. Cyber is the best. What I like about it is that its shiny,metalic, frosty and has silver glitter in it(sparkliest smokey eye ever when i mix it w black

. Cyber can be blended or layed with almost anything to make another color. That is why Cyber is the only color I bought from metal-x. I have oily lids also and what I do is apply a base (a dryer one like mac paint) ant then pat like a matte eye shadow in the crease area and that should help metal-x or cream shadows stick and not crease. If that doesnt work for those who metal-x creases on remember that you can use it to ad nice touch as a highlighter on the brow bone, tear duct, middle of lid - be creative they realy are pretty.

I don't know why they didn't repremote plum electric (purple). It is the only one that stays put on my lid without a base underneath. It doesn't budge or crease. I like the other ones but with plum electric the staying power is amazing when compared to the rest. I wore it this week and i wore top hat eyeshadow (starflash) on top of it and it stayed put all day.

Edit to add: I was kicking myself last year for not getting glod spice so i am definately picking it up this time!!

Nora, what base did you use to make these e/s stay on your lids? I tried with paint and they still creases

I didn't have paint pots at the time and ended up giving awa all three of my Metal-X. Are the paint pots any better under these e/s?

that's what i said! plum electric doesn't feel like the other ones, it doesn't crease nearly as much. i hope all of these eyeshadows are formulated like that this year. then i might actually get some

I use urban decay primer potion first and then top it with a paint pot. For the gold one (pure ore) i used uppity fluidline (LE) on top of the urban decay primer potion.

I own 4 of the metal x eyeshadows: metalblu, pure ore, plum electric and 6th sin. I find that all but the plum electric didn't need a paint pot underneath.

It is a very fine glitter,not chunky at all-beautiful hot pink.

I totally agree! I bought nearly all of them except 2. The pink and the white one were just blah for me. But I also noticed that they all dry up quickly and Plum Electric was the first one out of the bunch to dry. But the color is too pretty (so are all of them) to toss away so I figured a way to use them. Just by adding a lil MM in it and using a 242 brush

So we got in a few Metal-X eye shadows at work and I was going to buy them. Now I don't want to because of the reviews...

Maybe I will go check out the new ones for this year at a counter.

Cocomotion is gorgeous! I bought it back in January when it was still on the mac site. It looks kinda blah in the jar but it is so pretty on the skin. It sparkles in the light and the shade of gold is really nice, much more vibrant than it looks in the jar. It also looks nice dabbed on the center of your bottom lip when you wear red lipstick. My MA taught me that.

I just picked up a jar of cocomotion at my CCO & it truly is gorgeous! Now I don't have to buy this when metal urge comes out. I want the other 2 pigments as well.
