I used Visionaire as a base and it didn't crease on me. It creases a tiny bit on me without liquidlast as a base (but I have oily eyelids). The colour is very strange. It's almost a duochrome. It's a very light pink with icy shimmer and I also notice some blue pearl. If you put it on very lightly this makes an nice highlight colour.

If you want something really pink you should probably skip it. I think it's a fairly unique colour and if you have use for something very light and kinda strange then it'd be nice to have. But if you have oily eyelids this will probably crease on you and if you don't have/feel like buying a liquidlast I would say skip. Overall, I like Pink Platinum, but I don't think it would work for everyone. HTH.
I'll take pictures tomorrow, the lighting is really crappy here right now.

Thank you Zantedge!

I've seen it so many times in the store but never wanted to take off what I have on and give this one a try. It sounds like I could have a messy, creased eye, unless I do this at home and carefully plan my base.

"Very light and kinda strange" sounds so odd.

Can't wait to see pictures!

I thought I was going to do some major hauling on this collection only to buy.....nothing

I could make just about every color by mixing my Ben Nye products, but they are gorgeous though

Gold mode is gorgeous. You should get it. When I first got mine when they first released it, I used it almost every day for a long time. Probably a few months.

I wasn't going to buy anything from this collection, just for the fact that I returned EVERY single Metal-X shadow from last year. But, I had to try these out & they are soo much better! They have a better texture & I have no creasing problems. The ones I bought will NOT be returned this time around!
So, I caved & bought; Goldspice (again), Metalblu (again), Pink Platinum & Gilded Ash. I apparently have no control!!

Maybe to make dazzleglasses out of lipglass.

I'm like you. I was so tempted to get Purple duo glitter, but I remembered that I have the "Ooooh Shiny Syndrome". I didn't need it, but it draws me in. I did try mixing my Little Darling glitters into glosses. Sweet! You should try it.

I LOVE it. It's beautiful on the lid with Sweet Chestnut or Sketch in the crease.

Ah..... dunno how I managed to live without it when I like, skipped it for a like.. day. LOL

It's buttery and soft in texture, shimmery gold, but not in your face gold because of the tan. It's a beautiful neutral, too dark for highlight, but definitely perfect on the lid.

Well I am glad today I figured out how I am going to wear my brushed metal X today, though I felt veryyyyy 90's lol.

I had used a lot of e/s base, applied highlight shade to my browbone. Then painted on the verdigris, carefully onto my lid, just below the crease with my 242, and used spiritualise brushed with my FAVE brush the 217 to the crease to fill in and soften, and a little over the top part. It wasn't perfect but it was good enough, liner etc.... but... yeah..

I wish they were a little creamier because then I could use them better in a liner sort of way but maybe I'll figure out how to do that eventually. at least I can wear them out of the house that eliminates some of the guilt for my huge hauling on this collection.

I find myself really wanting a backup of Spiritualised and the purple reflects glitter (which I swear looks more BLUE to me than purple but hey, maybe I'm color blind?? lol) but I'm resisting. Just like I've resisted getting what I want from monogram, i really need to put myself on a "no buy" .

But despite my age (almost 30) I really love me some metalic glitter! LOL

I bought Reflects Very Pink today at the pro store and the MA confirmed that Metal Urge comes out on Dezember 6th and not today.

The Reflects Purple Duo was on my list too but..

when I took a close look at it today there is not enough purple in there for me to buy it so I will skip this one. It looks more blue to me too.

I went and checked out Verdigris today---oh my word. I thought this was just going to be something like 6th sin, I didn't pay attention to it when I bought only Gilded Ash. BUUTTTTT PurrtyKitty mentioned how she thought this was backup worthy. So I checked it out. A slight greeny grey metal goodness. I LOVE IT!

You know, I skipped Gilded Ash and I am starting to regret it. I think I may "need" it. What's it doing for you guys? Like it?

Yes, I am in love with Gilded Ash and Verdigris. They make for such a great soft, daytime smokey eye and with a little more layering...tadaaaa, evening smokey hotness! I highly recommend those two for anyone who is pale as a ghost.
