I'm thinking damson, moth, black grape and maybe pink pepper (though it kind of reminds me of mythology which i never wear). Need to see them in person though! After watching that MAC video with Tiffany I almost ordered the pink one she used in the beginning but was glad I held off as I went to my local store and upon swatching it found that it was just pure glitter everywhere with practically no color. It looked so nice on her but alas...

I don't know how I'm feeling about Vanilla Diamond. All I'm getting in the swatch is a shimmery white. I think I want more than that. I guess it COULD look nice on top of something but right now I'm not feeling it much.

Midnight is now available online.

Hi everyone. :) I just wanted to post a pic of me wearing one of the permanent pressed pigments: Light Touch! & A Urban Decay Moondust in Moonspoon. LOVE! So exciting for this collection.

Just wanted to share :)

Womp womp. I feared VD would look like that.

:haha: Sorry but this makes me laugh! Btw...last night I did a quick look using Black Grape and VD but it was just playing around and applied with just my fingers. VD was just used on my brow bone so it doesn't stand out much. Ignore the lazy lining lol. Haven't really played with these too much on the eye but I might do it in the next few days.

Yep. It might be nice as an inner tear duct accent but I have other things that I can use for that. I guess it's pretty nice if you want to add shimmer to your eye look. I don't know. I'm leaning towards a return.

How is the fall out on these? I tried Warming Heart with fix but I still ended up with glitter all over my face. I am hoping that the new collection there won't be as much fall out, but I am probably wildly optimistic there. I guess I will have to get either the Lit or the TF glitter glue but those type of products really dessicate my eyelids. I may end up just skipping but Damson is tempting me, as are Moth and Black Grape...

For the colors I've tried so far (Black Grape, Vanilla Diamond, & Moth) the fallout is much better than the originals. I tried them all without a base and without an adhesive but all were applied with my fingers. Have you tried Lit before or do you mean you generally have issues with adhesives on your eyes? Lit doesn't bother my sometimes sensitive lids at all.

Both UDPP and sometimes Fix + make my lids a little itchy and reddened. If I try to use a fluidline as a base, like all over the lid as if it were a paint pot instead of a liner, it does the same thing. My lids are freaking sensitive though. I am happy to hear the fall out is less. I am worried Warming Heart, Daygleam and Beaming will get very little love unless I find an adhesive that doesn't do that. Maybe if you enable me on a big enough order from Lit I will get it, I hate to pay shipping on one item (probably why I have too much sheeot!) What else do you order from them?

I decided to get my gems tomorrow to feel less guilty about what I pick up in 3 wks from Indulge. I am now debating on whether or not to get BG and Midnight later since they are perm. I may just get PP and Damson for now. The unexpected RiRi restock haul messed with my funds

I love their glitters (size 2 is my fave). It's fine enough to still be clearly a glitter but not too chunky like some traditional cosmetic glitters. These are the ones I have so far.

If I get a little time I'll do some swatch pics. Had to search my phone to find these. Here are a few better pics of the glitters I have.

I plan on using yogurt instead. I think the entire eye look using PP is too much, but having a matte center is a but more wearable.

I thought I would love Pink Pepper, but it didn't thrill me like I thought it would. I also thought I would go crazy over Midnight. I like She Who Dares better. Damson, which I didn't think I would like as much, did captivate me. Black Grape also caught my eye. I might have to think on this a quick minute or two on what to purchase. I am an NC37 with hazel eyes and dark brown hair.

I expected it to be more beige.

I'll go to the store to swatch them though, they launched today, I hope I won't get anything...

Anyone going to the counters today ? I just called a local store and they are supposedly holding PP, BG and Damson for me until later this evening. Just didn't want to chance PP being SO

Just back from Macy's. I meant to go to my regular Mac store but the rain was a deterrent. Macy's didn't have the blue pigment. I really wanted to try this. She said it was backordered but I doubt it ever came it. I love the look the SA was wearing. Never in a million years would I have thought she was wearing the pressed pigments because her eyes didn't look glittery at all. She said she had on Pink Pepper on the lid, Jet Couture in the crease and outer corner and Enlightened in the inner corner. I meant to only get the limited edition colors but I ended up getting some permanent ones anyway.

I got:

  • Black Grape
  • Pink Pepper -
    heart.gif
    colors like this
  • Damson
  • Rock Candy
  • Summer Honey - Liba's right - I probably didn't need this one.

I skipped Vanilla Diamond - didn't look special to me. Skipped Lime Ice too. It is a very light green and I think the Lancome Infinite shimmery pot shadow I have will work just as well.

Edit - I skipped Moth thinking it looked like a color in Tom Ford Enchanted quad. After I left, I remembered that the Enchanted quad didn't have a glittery color in it. So now I have to go back for Moth.

Debbs did they have the blue one? I don't know if I need it. I love the dark blue look but it doesn't always love me. But it is different in the way of the Pressed Pigment formula.
