Yeah are'nt they supposed to be in fluidline pots? Because that would be an exorbitant price for the Tendertones if that is so.

No, they won't be in fluidline pots...the pots are bigger than that for the tendertones!

That would make more sense... like, if they were sold in the same pots as the TLCs.

I have a question about the lipsticks. When it comes to color staying power how do the different finishes stack up against each other or is the color payoff really for when it is first applied? Also are the new slimhines suppose to have good staying power.
Thanks

^^^ I don't know the formulas for the Moonbathe lippies, as they aren't listed in the color story, but in general I've found that Frost finishes last the longest, and Lustre finishes fade fastest. There are some exceptions, as there are differences in pigment saturation and so forth even among lippies of the same formula.

As for the Slimshines, it's hard to say since they're not available yet, but it's supposed to have a glossy finish, and most glossy lipsticks are too emollient to have decent staying power. We'll see, though

all of the slimshime lipsticks are cream and frost finishes.they are 14.50 each and yes b2m too!

Slimshines are designed to give a sheer coverage (which is the lowest lipstick coverage) with a SHINE finish of course "slim - SHINE" hah duh!

What makes slimshine lipsticks unique is that they come in a sleek slimline case, they are gel based and they are designed to hold moisture in the lips.

So I assume others have received the MAC mailer for these that included Sunstrip? Is that picture a guy? Looks like the model has a five o'clock shadow going on. It was just an interesting detail I noticed and I wasn't sure on. Beautiful lips either way.

I noticed that too but i thought that may have created one picture using half a girls face and half a mans face and combined the two but then my boyfriend took a look and was like "that's a guy! Why the *%$# is he wearing make-up?"

I think its a very sexy picture though LOL

I'm not really in the market for more lip stuff, but if I were, I'd pick up Ardor.. it's the most pretty and unique-looking IMO. Originally I thought I'd be lemming Urgent!, but it looks way too pink swatched :/

It's a guy - MAC has always used male and female models in their ads. Like their motto says "All Races, All Ages, All SEXES".

I was thinking of getting Mousse which was described as a caramel colour, but in the swatch it just looks brown

. So I'm hoping the swatch is wrong.

moonbathe makes me so happy...i think i may get the whole collection, and skip all the collections leading up to it.

Same here, that's why I want to be picky with the Slimshines. I may have to make the 1.5 hour trek to my MAC store to see them in person.

After seeing Risser's swatches of the Moonbathe collection, I'm tempted to buy Honey Moon and Sunmetal lipsticks. Although if either is a lustre or frost finish, I might just pass it up. There just doesn't seem to be much from this three-part summer collection that's holding my interest anymore.
