Me too and after this collection I'm going to take a break. I just can't continue like this, Mac is driving me crazy.

Mac has a new strategy of telling me my stuff is backordered:

I just read that hibiscus was on backorder. So I checked my email to see my status. Well there's no Hibiscus cause I forgot to order it! I'm really bummed about the pigment stacks. I don't feel like running all over the place for those. I did get: Surf USA Short shorts Swell baby Mocha Krazy Kahuna Gilded white I think that's it. I guess I have to put my running shoes on Thursday.

Gilded White is sold out? Well, it'll be coming back as soon as people see it lasts about 20 minutes on the waterline. I know mine is going back. It's so stupid that the pigments will be online on Thursday. They should've been ready to go from the start. I won't be going to my local Mac until Friday afternoon or, most likely Saturday. It'll be interesting to see what's still left. I have 2 Mac counters and 1 Mac store in my local mall.

On the confirmation email thing In the past I have actually received my order before the email comes through.
Also does anyone know how Sun Blonde compares to Jasmine? I know they are different finishes just wondering about the color?

And the sad part is that I took a very long break from MAC. I think the last thing I got was just Ever Hip and then before that it was a lipstick and gloss from Tartan Tale...yeah. And to think with all of that recovery time with MAC that I'd be able to handle this situation better it's not even close. I'm not going to even attempt to order anything online ever again and I learned my lesson with To The Beach and that was a long time ago. I got lucky with ordering Stereo Rose online, which was backordered for a long while, but eventually ended up at my house some time later. And I do have regrets (all totally my fault)...I should have taken myself to NYC and waited at the MAC Pro store to get Sur and Yash plus I should have just put Candy Yum Yum on hold 'cuz now I'm mad that everybody is rocking it and not me, but other than that I'm OK. I don't think I was this mad at MAC since the Stereo Rose situation...going to go do some Yoga now.

ugh, well i was at the drs office all day with my broken foot, and last night when i ordered my surf, baby goodies i opted for overnight, just because, no real reason :lol: just wanted to see my stuff sooner, and lo and behold, my freakin hibiscus is backordered and like a few of you mentioned i ordered as soon as it hit the site. grrrrr...first time this has happened to me, so not sure what to expect. but completely bummed right now. =(

So i talked to MAC CS and they told me my hibiscus will probably ship on the 26th. and since i did overnight hopefully ill get it the 27th. on a good note the rest of my stuff should be here tomorrow. cant wait to play with sun blonde and saffron...

I'm worried about my hibiscus, it's also backordered. Not sure when surf baby went live.. 11 pm EST? I got my order in at 12:30 am EST, so not too late. Will they send the other stuff I ordered or hold it all until hibiscus gets in?
