omg thatd be awesome i hate that all the purple mac blushes are either pinky or burgundy or something.... i want true lilacs/true blue based purples!!!! something unique.

have u ever seen any of these????? like even sakura gets screwed up with that lil fucsia heart. I think MAC thinks we cant handle a true purple lol.

I think everyone here knows I, for one, would certainly not be opposed to a collection of purple toned blushes.

How about using MUFE #92 as a blush. It has reached ICONIC status as an eyeshadow, but its really a blush.

Today I wore Vintage Grape Blush Ombre with Briar Rose BP as highlight. I didn't get Dirty Plum blush since it's a PRO item and I almost bought it at my CCO and now I regret it.

Plus you could always use a lipstick as a "creamblush" to get a purpley colour I guess.

You can. The lipstick will long wearing because of its heavy cream ingredients

I can't believe we still don't have the full official color story! I mean, we know about everything that I'm interested in, but there are still huge holes and gaps. And I need to know the rest so I can budget!!!

Those crushed pigment stacks are what I'm most interested in, and allglam's swatch photos make them look very promising indeed.

[/quote] Maybe they're waiting till the last minute to whip us into a frenzy. We won't have time to think properly between getting the color story and rushing to the counter to buy. :lol:

I would actually be curious to see a chart of their sales before and after their information clampdown. Of course, it all depends on the collections individually, but I suspect that people tend to buy more as soon as something launches, but that the sales on each collection die off pretty quickly. People get caught up in the excitement of thinking that there's a new launch and stuff looks so cool, but their information is limited. Plus, the products are limited, so there's that fear that things might run out. It seems like it's gone from being worried that hot items will run out to being worried that everything is going to run out.
