Just something to think about :). Please let me know about Bolero and New Order. I think Bolero would look crazy on me(in a bad way) but I keep thinking about it. :eek:hboy:

Oh yeah, I didn't pick up Desperado when that came out & regreted it so I need Kismet. Did you see Karla's swatches? I didn't even notice the illuminators (after the gold polish things went hazy for me) so maybe I need the new Laguna set. Mayflower looks great, but I prob already own something like it & Wonder lipgloss is beautiful.

The more swatches I get of other collections, the more disappointed I am in Surf Baby, I feel like MAC missed it. Everyone else has crazy brights going on & I feel Surf Baby is blah

I feel the same way about Dogon, the purple-grey duochrome e/s looks pretty amazing to me but $33 for 1 eyeshadow (assuming you have black)? Even the makeup addict in me can't do that... unless I'm drinking while ordering, then lots of fun things arrive at my house

Back on topic: I agree MAC missed the mark. There are a few strong points, but a lot of it is very simple and also stuff we've seen before. Summer is all about really fun, bright makeup, and I feel like they could have done a lot more.

Good thinking Shontay!! I was hoping that it might be more interesting than a flat black, but I really am getting drawn in solely by the other colour. Maybe that means I can get another SUrf Baby shadow. Or not. I may be hitting the point where it's hard to find original shadows because I have so damn many of them...

I'm holding off on making a final SB list (if there is such a thing) until I see more swatches and until I see what I end up with from Fashion Flower.

-Hibiscus lipstick
-swell baby eyeshadow (i have yet to own a grey eyeshadow)
-refined golden (always wanted it but i want a special packaging

maybe:
strange potion lipglass. (i havent seen this lipgloss on a woc so idk if i want it yet. i want this to be very opaque in order for me to buy it)

Mhm. How many of us say we're skipping the blush, only to crack when we gaze upon it's beauty? :lol: I expect to stay strong, but I'm just wondering.

Haha, don't say that! I was one of those who laughed at the madness of Marine Life only to snatch it up when a MAC counter offered me the last one. The combination of the hype, the madness & the it being the last at the counter drove me over the edge & will in all likelihood will do it again for My Paradise lol.

I do soooo much hope to see more swatches of My Paradise soon!

And it would be great to see comparisons to other blushes......

This collection will be released so soon in the US.....we definitely neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed swatches of all products

Welp decided to take good lovin off of my list. Looks like its just the teal pigment stack for me, damn I should have gotten more from TTB cause this one is just not as good to me.

Everyone seems hyped for Nars and MUFE. I'm going to wait till my Vegas trip in July at the huge Sephora they have there and check out those brands out too. As well as Illamasqua, been wanting to trying them out for some time now.

My list originally started with all l/s and l/g but couldn't afford all that so had to cut! Haha yeah I always skip the colour stories to the lip products or blushes! Although I prefer NARs blushes :D

Does anyone think My Paradise might be similar to Marine Life color wise? If so, I think I can officially skip this. I already have Marine Life.

I've been using Marine Life a lil more nowadays. I'm skipping the blush with this collection simply because I'd rather have NARS blushes.
