Yeah it's pretty challenging, but it works great in conjunction with bronzer, or even just on its own, but with really careful placement. Between the TR blushes and the MBs from TT, I've had to completely re-analyze the best spots on my cheekbones for these strong colors. I wound up watching a bunch of old movies from the 40's and 70's, when really bright blush was popular, saw where they were using it, then went back to my face and just played around carefully with a small brush when I had time and wasn't needing to be anywhere. I didn't want to just use a tiny dab and blend it into oblivion - might as well use a totally different blush if you're going to do that. It's doable - just have to get a little scientific about it!!!!
A few ideas: Use only in the spots you would normally get the most sunburned, high up on the apples of the cheeks, then blending down and out from there. Try using it as a pop of color in conjunction with bronzer or a natural brown contour. Use with a lipstick that is more "dirty" colored and mid-tone - things like Mehr or Flaunting It, that have plenty of grey in them, work really, really well if you want a daytime look. Vampy deep lips are another option, but it's a much dressier look and you have to keep the eyes minimal. Of course, if you want to go dramatic with a statement look, just think 80's and pile it on with some insane black smudgy eyes and strut your stuff with maximum
