I went to nordstrom yesterday but it was kind of late and it wasnt crowded. So the SA took it upon herself to show me all the new stuff. This brand is awesome, that set is a must have.......I literally ran out!! I have to go again this weekend (and make sure to hide from her)!! Anything i take to swatch, she followed around with a brush and want to apply it

@Shars totally see what you're talking about. Now when I look it says shipped, below says processing, then that the lipstick is sold out. The email, I can't click to track the order when I was able to yesterday. I don't even know the tracking # because it wasn't showing up yesterday on UPS yet. Yesterday everything was there, tracking #, etc.

Edit: I just went back and it was at the top before you click into the order. This website is making me feel like I'm delusional. See below, shipped with tracking, but it says processing next to the items. Lawd.

Oh, and I do get it on Monday

click on "order history"...its so redundant because the link from the email takes you to the order history screen w/o the tracking #...then you have to click on order history again to see the tracking

I was saying that yesterday, my whole order shipped at once, then I got another shipping confirmation and realized my Lorac palette shipped separately. But the two GBV lipsticks, samples and free gift were in the first shipment.

OH NO!!!! That really gets me nervous now for future collections! mac needs to fix that crap site it's already hard enough with such limited stock. Thanks for the feedback on the release.

I did email MAC about their website yesterday. I guess that's the main thing to me--fix the e-commerce stuff so at least the site works. It's tough to use on a quiet day. If anyone had a bad experience and has time to email them as well it might make a difference in the long run. Maybe fix tracking lol. We can hope, right?

Exactly. Why did I have to be a zombie all day yesterday because I was up at 3am that morning? What? How is that fun? It's nice now that my stuff is shipping and I will have my products, but the events leading up to that are not amusing in the least. Yup, all dollars and cents. This whole country is all about how to make a quick buck. But can you blame people, shit you have to pay to see a frigging dr, an arm and a leg for prescriptions, just scraping by unless you're rich.

I'm going to email them. The site on a pc is bad, on your phone is another level. Like I feel like I have ADHD using it or I'm dyslexic.
