Seeing swatches helped me narrow it down. I wanted odalisque but have partylicious and don't wear it enough as it is. Unflappable just doesn't live up to its description. Top of the posh is one I still want but don't know if I really need a light shimmery pink. Mating call will be mine though. So as far as eyeshadows I will get: Mating call and maybe top of the posh. The lip products, well holy crap I am so screwed. I am getting woo me, flaunting it, love peck, enchante, and exxhibitionist

But, in fairness to those reading, her swatch colors are not always accurate. Not faulting her at all, but just reminding those that go completely off of those pics. And, lip stuff tends to look streaky on her - (especially nudes,pinks - light pinks) & never does on me in person. I'm just saying - don't let that sway you because it may NOT be the same for everyone else.
I do appreciate being able to see pics of the new collections.

Personally, I don't ever make up my mind until I see the e/s in person. Online swatches are never accurate enough to me...and i like to compare to what *I* already have from many different brands. Also, I am wondering if this great texture that's being raved about...is just like the regular texture of a stila or urban decay e/s. If so I don't need to buy based on texture alone either. I am not a big lipgloss person, so if this lipstick-gloss formulation is basically just a full color gloss that's still not very opaque, I may decide to skip them alltogether. So many factors go into making me decide whether to buy; I really need to see these in person before I make a final list. I go in with a list of what I know I am interested in (which I put in a post here), but often once I see the products in person my list is completely different from what I walk out with.

I am at the point in my collection that I can recreate any color just about anytime (not bragging, just old) so now the goal is to get the most unique. So Peacocky is the thing I am going for. I can rock a turquoise lip, I know I can, I know I can.

And yet I didn't get the Toxic Tale, I had a real senior moment on that one .

I was really hoping sexpectations was like the one in hergreyness swatches she provided that would have made me very happy. I'm skipping this collection for a couple different reasons glad there are similar colors out there that I can get at a later date.

A shout out and thank you to Her Greyness. She was right on target with this one. It's about the lights, darks and unexpecteds with this collection.

Now that some swatches are starting to leak I have been able to narrow my list down to things I will actually use. I still need to see a couple of shades in person but I am feeling pretty confident with my new, narrowed down list.

In a way it is good that I don't love everything (as I originally thought I would). I will be picking up a couple of pieces from Mickey Contractor (didn't expect that) and my budget for LE collections just got reduced by $100-$150 because MAC is dc'ing alot of my holy grail every day products (Beiging shadestick, Tete a Tint e/s, Studio Moisture Fix, Velvetella l/l, Fibre Rich mascara, Bare Light paint and MV3 fragrance which I have worn since it came out to name a few) so I have to buy a few backups while I can.

Well, I love Antiqued. It has awesome pigmentation. I think you need to play with them in person before buying to see which one you prefer.

Well I had been considering Dandizette, but the Temptalia swatches show that Deep Truth is much more intense. I only tried Deep Truth once and I was underwhelmed. I think I'll give it another go since so many people love it. I've also decided not to hold back. I am a lipstick/lipgloss skank so I need to snatch up all the ones I am interested in. Peacocky is back on my list because Face2Mac is inspiring me. I got cold feet for a minute, but now I'm back.

hey, I had a nut job of a hairdresser put in some blue tinted goop in my hair which was supposed to make the whites whiter, (like teeth) -- so I figured, ok.. let's make it whiter.. and I had blue hair for about a week...lol. One of the many travails of being a blonde/silver person with funny streaks.

I'm wondering what can I dupe from the ones I'm liking, and I was thinking Off The Radar might be somewhat close to Paparazz-she? And looking at Ego, I thought about Antique Green. Unflappable seems to be surprisingly close to Smut. Would I really notice the difference when worn?

Exxxhibitionist being almost exactly like Cyndi l/g, I can cross that off right away. Enchantée is lovely, but quite close to Gaga l/g. I'm liking it more though because it is less white than Gaga.

I have a feeling Woo Me is going to be one of those Innocence, Beware!-like treasures for me, it looks perfect. So for sure I will be getting Woo Me, Strut Your Stuff, Love Peck, Flaunting It. And the more I look Super, which is the kind of shade I always automatically skip, the more I want to try it. It's obvious that the lippies are interesting me more in this collection.
