I also ordered Givenchy Le Rouge-À-Porter 106 Parme Silhouette & 202 Rose Fantaisie. These lippies are so fantastic on the lips. I'm addicted to them. The case is amazing.

Just got off the phone with CS and they said my account showed I was sent an email with a code this afternoon but I never received it (checked inbox, spam, and the trash just in case). I was issued a new code over the phone and if the one that was sent in an email ever arrives it will be deactivated.

You better believe I immediately went to the Sephora site to spend that code so hopefully that is the end of my CS dealings for a looooooong time.
I will say that the agents I spoke with were nice and appeared to be doing their best to figure out what was going on but it sounds like their entire system is old, slow, and frustrating for them to navigate as well. The entire Epic Rewards situation including the attempts to remedy the anger just seem set for disaster.
I just got my code today.

Am I the only one who feels like at this point we should be compensated for having not been compensated? lol As in, after all this work of emailing over and over and not being answered, waiting and waiting, and then having to call in to get what most everyone else got with a single email, $50 credit just doesn't cut it anymore...Maybe I'm just bitter about this whole thing now.

:lol: It does take a special kind of incompetence to not be able to compensate people properly. At this point it's funny. A part of me just wants to say eff it because the $50 doesn't make or break me and it's not like I need to buy anything, but principles blah blah. Why is the thought of dealing with Sephora exhausting right now? I've spent the past day talking to USPS about how they suck and I'm tired of having to make calls about poor service.

:lol: Thanks. It's the Bite lipstick I made. :flower: It's great too b/c at that point I had worn it all day and never reapplied.

There are some new updates on the website like the Armani ecstasy lacquer and Bobbi brown luxe lip colors if you are looking to get lip products!! Or a lot of holiday stuff from brands like kat Von d launches by sep 15!!!
