She wanted the Marc Jacobs set or the Lancome. She said she was on the phone at the time at work and couldn't focus... she was making appointments and was stalling with clients on the phone while it was happening LOL.

She's not too butt hurt about it; she's almost at 5000 points again and she literally accumulates that much in less than 6 months, EASILY. No idea if the Bulgari is any good though; neither she or I have ever used that brand.
At least she got something, right? LOLL! And she sounds like she doesn't play, lol. I would imagine it was a bit easier to get these than trying to go for the 1000pts ones since it's easier to get to that level. I could be totally wrong since they probably had less of those. Keep us posted on how she likes it! Just looked it up, it's a fragrance & fashion one with a handbag, can't be bad:
Bvlgari Fragrance & Fashion
Bvlgari handbag
2.5 oz. Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea
.34 oz. Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea
6.8 oz. Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea Body Lotion
6.8 oz. Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea Shampoo
6.8 oz. Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea Shower Gel
Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea Deluxe Soap with Dish
Bvlgari Eau Parfumée White Tea Candle

OMG, sorry, but this part was funny. I just decided to check their FB again since I didn't after the "epic failure":

"Lea Self McClelion- Like many customers I am extremely disappointed in your Epic Rewards program. I have only been shopping with you since January, but I've already become a VIB Rouge. I realize you stated quantities were extremely limited, but your marketing was not. If you are going to send multiple emails promoting something, perhaps you should have enough to last more than 2 minutes. The only VIB I feel at the moment is Very Insignificant & Bamboozled, which has me seeing Rouge. The only epic I'll be seeing is my epic refund when I return the $500 worth of merchandise I bought in the past week. Thanks for showing how much you truly value your good customers."

I just wanna thank Sephora for the comedy gold this whole thing has been, grown women throwing tantrums, threatening to never shop at sephora again, calling for sephora executives to be fired (lol), acting like this whole thing has ruined their lives... all this over makeup. I've literally laughed out loud over some of these comments and I can't believe they're coming from adult women. To all of you throwing these internet tantrums, I just wanna say I think it's time to reevaluate your life and your priorities. Sitting in front of computer hitting "refresh" for an entire night and day getting no sleep, is something only a mentally ill person would do. And those of you calling for the heads of marketing executives and the like (again lol), please realize that it's not going to happen, no one is going to be fired cause a stay at home mom obsessed with makeup wants "rewards justice". These execs know what they were doing and they'll do it again and again, and you women will threaten again and again to boycott them, only to find yourself shopping there again in a few weeks, hoarding more makeup.
A word of advice, look at yourself and think "will this matter a year from now?" No it won't. Cause it's makeup. That wasn't "free". Because you've already spent over 5k in makeup. You gals also need a basic course in math because if you actually went and bought more stuff you didn't need in the weeks leading to the event to try and get 2x or 3x the points, then I'm sorry to say you are an idiot.
Take a step back, log off, turn off your computer, leave your phone at home and go for a walk, go get yourself a cup of coffee and stop writing senseless stuff on this and all other social media, your crazy is showing."

I think it's wrong to judge people like that. This is our hobby and yes, some people had tantrums - it happens. But what she said was pretty rude. She shouldn't judge so easily

Has anyone who supposedly won an Epic Reward had their order ship? Normally they ship fairly quickly, but since I made my order yesterday, there's been nothing.

They're probably backed up! I would give it until EOD at least. Or try contacting them, though I think people are still doing that to complain

She called people mentally ill for staying up all night and refreshing their computers

.
It's easier to make snap judgement about people about something they know nothing about. I'm sure there is something that she is into that she is willing to so just about anything for. It's in really poor taste to berate someone for something that you don't understand. She needs to take her own advice and step away from the computer and think will my snarky message matter 5 mins from now? I read it and rolled my eyes so hard I think I hurt myself. I would like to invite her to Pro Player Stadium in Miami so she can have whole lot of seats. Tell that gal fi gwan!

I like Tijuana, Halo, Solo, Piaf, Mercy and Magick. Magick and Piaf are my two favorites

you?
I'm only looking at Piaf for now. I bought so many of them when they first launched and found them to be a bit too dry for me. This is from someone whos never met a matte I couldn't handle. I would like get Homegirl and Motorhead back too.

That could certainly be the case. It just makes me wonderful-given how fun this whole thing has been-if there will be issues on that end as well.

Her attitude comes off as immensely judgmental and condescending. There are people who do a lot for sports, concert tickets and video games, but makeup is somehow an exception. I'm not denying that this whole excursion was something of a "First World Problem," but I don't see anything wrong with letting people complain as long as they aren't being abusive. And given the generic Twitter responses, I'm doubting anyone at Sephora is even reading them.

Exactly! People line up for days for concerts. I wouldn't do that but I don't knock them, it's their thing/passion. I'm sure people fixed her good in the comments. How do you go on a beauty company's FB page and berate the people who 100% are for beauty?! Ah idiat dat.

I have my passions. I love books, video games and makeup. Three completely different types of fandom. I have people tell me that I'm too old to be playing games. However the same people will move heaven and earth to watch TV. God forbid you call some of them during Scandal. Do I tell them to DVR it and go outside and read a book? No I don't. I except the same sort of consideration while I rage that Rise of the Tomb Raider is a Xbox One timed exclusive!

What does your order status online say?

That's the thing, I am very much aware there are people starving in the world and there are more serious issues going on. But I hate when people who happen to advocate for those matters shit on you for liking something "trivial" to them, like makeup, reality tv, whatever it is, #firstworldproblems. Let a person live! Jeez!

Yeah, Sephora even gave me the whole "send us a message and we'll help you blah blah blah", haven't heard anything yet and that was right when I got home from work yesterday evening.

Hubby wants us to trade in our 360 just because the new Star Wars game will be Xbox One only.

i'm with you people are mad, they have the right to speak up, that what we call democracy and our consumer right, let them vent! I almost join the EPIC Fail FB page but decide i wasn't that mad so it wouldn't be genuine. In fact I was worst when I purchase the UD smoky Nude palette and a skincare product the Sunday before the 2X 3X etc was launch. Almost made a purchase the next Sunday to have more points and then I stop myself (so glad I did) and I was only refreshing a couple of time per hour during the day with my 4months old baby on my lap and only refresh once during the night as I had to wake up to feed baby..... so really not too much time wasted on my part. But then again i'm not VIB rouge and didn't spend a lot of my money like others. I really do think Sephora was wrong to advertised the triple points thing with the promise of the epic event and believe on that premises a lawsuit can be possible. In canada shoppers drug mart advised that some day you can earned double the points for a minimum dollar of purchase in store but they never announce in advance when we can spend those points for more money.
