I'm happy with 1995 too (on my pigmented lips)! Is Obsessed really super bright?

So my order that was in limbo was cancelled with the reason that the item was out of stock. It was TF Flush blush. As soon as I got the email I looked and it was not out of stock at all, so I reordered. It has already shipped. The only thing I can think of is that the Le Mepris ls with code tomford was out of stock by the time they were packing up my order so they cancelled the whole thing? Either that or Sephora is even more messed up than I thought, which is saying a lot. I also have had my last several orders delivered by Lasership instead of UPS. Maybe that is the issue?

It's unbelievable how many issues seem to crop up with Sephora USA. I am so sorry! I have never had a problem here in Canada and my orders almost always ship the day the order is placed!
Personally I don't find Obsessed to be super bright at all. There is a brightness to it, but it's subdued and super wearable at least on my skintone. I expected a straight up orange or neon color, but it's actually a lovely red orange and darker than I was expecting. 20170805_092004.jpg

Hi ladies! Did anyone get a "Sephora Opinions" email? They sent me a survey (you get a worthless 100 pts for taking it) but it looks like they are thinking of some changes like what Ulta has. Points = cash. They were asking all kinds of questions geared towards incentives that would make you shop more at Sephora. They also asked if you would get a Sephora Visa card if they came out with one. If you're interested let me know and I can send you the link. Idk if it would work but worth a shot. About time they realize their program is lacking to say the very least lol

I'd love to try to answer this questionnaire through the link they sent you. I have a lot of views to share about their points program.

I haven't gotten one. I'll hold out to see if I get one.

I got one but haven't responded to it yet. I assumed that it was a promo of some sort and ignored it. If they really plan on improving their rewards program, then maybe it is worth responding to.

Anyone shopping during the Sephora exstravaganza might want to do the math on the points they receive to make sure it is correct. I purchased 2 of the dual intensity lancome highlighters which just came available in Canada and a Tom Ford palette and I was given way less points than I should have received given that I am rouge (4× the points now). I phoned and they updated it no problem. Helps to do the math! Plus I wanted my points LOL!

I have actually enjoyed redeeming my points lately. Sephora Canada has had some great items available these past months :)

I placed an order and no issue with the bonus points. They were added immediately. I had a g/c from eBates and was finally able to order the filler shades of ABH titanium shadows I have been lusting after, Sunset, Pink Champagne, Golden Copper and Rose Gold. They will compliment the UD Naked Heat palette ;) I also redeemed points for a BTSex mascara and the mini UD setting spray duo. A fun little order!
