I didn't see any pink in it. In fact it was quite sheer, so I didn't see much color to it at all...in the department store lighting at least...it just gave off a subtle sheen.

Thanks, sounds good, though I probably swatch it as it is sheer.

I will very gladly post pictures as soon as i pick everything up...I wish I had thought to bring my camera along to take pics of swatches after going...But I hadn't really planned on seeing it beforehand. My phone camera is terrible

I was mainly talking abut bacteria that will grow in p/p (like in any cream-based product) and the free radicals that will cause premature skin aging and wrinkles. I'm less concerned about p/p drying out. Now, I don't want to start this topic again as we (I) discussed it at length in the Posh Paradise thread, but if you want to be on the safe side, then:

- toss any p/p older than 6 months
- keep them in the fridge
- only use two at a time (which should give you a lot of use before you toss them)
- never swatch with your hands
- never go in there with a brush (even a clean one)
- always use a spatula to take out product
- desinfect the surface on a regular basis
- BU your favorite color so you always have some fresh supply

Enjoy your new p/p. These are, again, stunning colors that follow the success of the Posh Paradise p/p.
OOPs, I have violated a few rules. I have PP older than 6 months. I have used my finger to swatch--I know, gross right? Should I scrape off a layer and start over? I don't want to throw any away, nor do I want to get germies in my eyes--ewww.

I don't know. I would disinfect the surface and then get in the habit of using a spatula. If the p/p is waaaaaaay older, throw it away and give your new ones some love.

I guess people always get more careful once they had an eye infection (or have seen somebody who did) - for sure it's not pretty.

I hope this helps, and by all means, you are the better judge of your own actions. Don't take my wisdom for granted - I'm just sharing my knowledge, but each of us have different standards and rule. :)

At least the pics I posted earlier should give you some ideas. I try to swatch more, but I'm in rehearsal a big chunk of the day and/or too busy with other stuff.

As lots of people have seen the collection, I hope we will soon see some more pics.

I am a swatch dyslexic... if i see small swatches all together I cant put them in place. So its cool to see ur pics to see the general colors but i need something more detailed and maybe more to see how they change with lighting and skin tone etc.

Temptalia has been doing individual swatches lately and since she started doing that I LOVE it! Cos seeing to many colors at once gets me distracted. You obviously cant do this at the store, so its nice of you to post, but Im a "special" case when it comes to judging a product. Specially when there is no discount applicable and I'm broke. I have TV dinners for a week.

I want it all! I guess if I had place the products:
Gold Medal : "Skate With Me" Paint Pot
Silver Medal : "Shimmermint" Mineralize Eye Shadow
Bronze Medal: "Glitter & Ice" Dazzleglass

The collection is just beautiful!
Yes, it has high frost and shine, but not as much as I had thought. Even if you are not a " glitter" lover, no worries...I tried out the paint pots with some regular shadows and they are just stunning. SWM p/p on a bare lid is actually quite pretty. "For Effect" was not nearly as dark as it looked in the pot, pretty versatile color. The 2 beauty powders were even a surprise. Im not usually a big fan of those, however these both give the skin that perfected glow without the glittery texture. "Whirls & Twirls" lipstick was the over all pick of lipsticks, such a chameleon---it looked completely different on every person, but we all loved it.
I never made a list because Im just going to face the fact that this is the one collection I may just flat out have to have in all its sparkling glory.

a guy at work had an eye infection that left his eye blood red for days... it was like he turned evil or something! :p oh and there was some nasty stuff leaking from it too!
