I adore Love Peck on that vid! Seems like it'll look good on paler skin tones too. Also liked Woo Me, Vanity Fair and Strut Your Stuff. Too bad she missed Enchantée, I wanted to know how close it is to Vanity Fair. Wonder how similar Exxxhibitionist is to Strange Potion..
Kissables look so pretty but I'm worried about the wear time. I noticed Karen from makeupandbeauty wrote they lasted less than 2 hours on her. Doesn't make sense combining high pigmentation and short wear time when you're competing with OCC lip tars and such.
Of the eyeshadows I liked Noir Plum, Papparazz-she and Sexpectation but I'll be waiting for more swatches.

I totally agree! With the way some things have been selling out this past year I feel like I'll have to rush to my MAC store immediately or place an order ASAP on the website to make sure I get everything I want. Without full info and swatches and time to think things over...I'm not even sure I know what I want at this point. It's nuts, lol.

^I agree with both of you... pre-swatch ban, I was dropping about $300-$350 every 6-8 weeks on MAC collections. For me, doing that takes A LOT of budgeting. I was giving up other things in order to save for the next collection. Having seen swatches, I was OK with passing up other things (new clothes/LV bags/going out to eat). But now I don't feel any need to save, since I don't get too jazzed up reading descriptions.

I so agree with the whole "no swatches before release" type of thing... I guarantee that when they released their promo pictures, they also released swatches.. people would be 100xs more likely to pre-order, and be more excited! I know I would!!! It's just ridiculous!!! I hope they step up their game in 2011!
I also don't like how they come out with all these collections right in a row... people need time to save some money

Can't wait for clearer swatches now, I mean she made a great effort but she just couldn't get it to focus. Also can't wait to see the blue on lips to see exactly how blue it goes!

im gonna do the swatches on a swatch card so i dont get to dirty lol im alone at he counter tonight so i should be able to do them all in my shift *fingers crossed* i might do them on my skin if i have a chance. let me know what u guys would prefer and i will do that

I prefer skin, but anything is helpful. I find that the skin base shows the nuances of the shadows better than paper. AGain, whatever you do is fantastic!!!
