LOL been happening to me lately too- the lost in the net thingie...

I wanted to play more with Tweet Me but it was not showing up on the warm look I did and I figured I didn't want to overdo my wishlist so I passed on it. I have melon pigment so if I really want to get that effect, I will use melon.

Anywho,...Thanks. I kind of wanted to hear that, since Peek at You and Mating Call are the two shadows I didn't get either at the counter or online. I feel somewhat better and rational knowing that I didn't get all the shadows.

Tweet Me is an odd duck. Some it doesn't show on, and others it's great. I love it. It layers over other colors well, and is super flattering on me. I have used it over regular base and coral crepe paint pot.
If I had Let it Pop, I bet it would be super as well.


And Lou, this is turning to be my fave collection since VV. As I use what I got, I'm loving it even more. I had planned on getting 5 shadows and no lippies. That didn't happen. I am not getting anything from the next several collections though. (that's what she said, lol. but I really mean it this time)

Another look: Spectacel fo yourself, Papparrazz-she, and Tweet me, with Peek at You as highlight and dipdown liner. Blush id Love Joy with Ghana used as highlighter.

Oh my goodness, that just looks perfect! And it compliments your red hair beautifully! I have to try this now

So, I went ahead and ordered Paparaz-she and Scandelicious. I'm hoping that Pap will look better on me than Amber Lights because it's more orange. I never really wanted Scandelicious, but it's a pretty color. Again, why the hell not? :lol:

I wasn't going to get Scandelicious either but ended up getting it. It's gorgeous you'll love it. In fact we had a conversation pages back where we agreed it was so close to GAT and nothing special.

I'm going to be ill.
I was attempting to depot my shadows and put in a MAC palette without the divider until I get one of these or the MUFE.
I BROKE ONE!

Freaking broke one. Centre Stage now has the top third broken and I can't believe I did that. sigh I'm verklempt.
Devin, or anybody that has depotted these, do you have any tips for me? I've depotted a zillion regular shadows, and never a break.
But I've never depotted larger, like blush.
I decided I wanted to order one of these palettes, if I can find one. And I just couldn't wait to depot. I wanted them all in one place, today. And I was probably rushing the process. dammit.

So if you have a costume or theater supply store near you go and get them! You can order them online at several places as well.

Is it crazy that I now want four more just so I can fill up my palette?!

^marajode- Sorry to hear that your shadow broke. I have been wanting to depot mine also, but I have not tried yet. I was thinking about getting a z-pallete to put my mega metal shadows in, but I'm not sure how many of these shadows will fit in there. I might have to look into getting a MUFE palette for them.

Tweet Me is a beautiful color, but it just doesn't work for me -- no e/s in the orange family do. I think it's my yellow undertone. The color wears me & not the other way around. I do have melon pigment, but I use it as blush highlighter. In store, I tried using the Tweet Me as a blush highlighter with the 187 brush, but it didn't even show up on me no matter how much I put on the brush.

I've never broke a single e/s either with depotting but did crack a blush when I tried to depot it . Ughhh I think I'll leave mine in the pot. Sorry you broke yours

Pathetic admission time: I got my black box a few days ago but I'm still in the "admiring it and not touching it" stage.

I swung by the MAC store and swatched everything there so I know I like what I picked out already (along with many other things, ahem!) but I didn't want to get my new goodies "dirty" yet, lol. After this weekend is over I'll be playing around with everything and testing them on the eyes and lips. I'm haunted by a few of the shadows I didn't get, and I'm sure I'll be placing at least one more order soon.

On another note, I can't wait to try layering some of these eyeshadows. I want to try applying unflappable, blending that out a bit, and topping it with a light layer of Prance...I think that could be gorgeous. Same thing for SoY or Centre Stage with a little Tweet Me on top, or Ego with Dalliance on top!

I came to this thread to get lemmings for the eyeshadows and now I am going to end up in the people with multiple orders categories. And you guys have me wanting more of the kissable colors as well!

and I am slowly coming around to the idea that I must have Peacocky.
NO way will I wear it alone, I just got the nerve to wear Cyber the other day, I can't see myself wearing a blue lipstick

I ended up getting Flaunting It and So Vain lipcolours and wanted to get Prance eye shadow SOO badly but it's not unique enough to get for 19.50 right? I mean, I loooove the blendability and the color but it can be easily duped. I'm having second thoughts

[/quote] I, personally think you should get Prance. I haven't received mine yet, but as other people have said, it will be lovely with Shale. I don't own a color like Prance, so it will be worth it for me.
