MAC - Surf Baby Discussion

Didn't they do something like this with another collection? I'm sick of these silly games! Get on with the show already!

This collection came out saturday over here, but i asked my MA to hold some products for me. Yesterday i went back for them. I got Hibiscus, Surf USA, Sun Blond and Saffron. It was really strange, because My Paradise and Hibiscus weren't sold out, but Saffron was. So i'm really happy they were able to hold that one for me. I love all products i got. The shadows have great pigmentation and so does Hibiscus. Hibiscus i a really nice coral red and a more wereable than Toxic Tale. I do like Toxic Tale too, but i see myself wearing this one more, also because i like cremesheens more than satins. I don't know if i want more from this collection. Maybe Swell Baby, because i don't have a lot of greys. I was thinking about My Paradise as well, but i think i have enough coral blushes.

They are doing this with all the collections now, pushing the dates up and not notifying everyone and then by the time they send you a e-mail, if the collection is hot everything is sold out already. If it wasn't for you guys I would still think it was coming out out May 24 online and everything would have been gone. Tricks are for kids.

I only saw Short Shorts e/s online and I do hope that they don't release it too early.

Does anyone here have a good chuck of the SB! eyeshadows, or all of them? My must-have list was only Short Shorts, Surf USA and Sun Blonde, mainly because I knew I'd be able to combine the colors. But the more I think about it the more I realize all of these colors would look gorgeous with each other [I mean duh, that's why MACs releasing them together, but I'm pretty slow when it comes to eyeshadow combos....]
Has anyone here done some looks with different combos? What are your thoughts with blending a few of these together? I know Temptalia did a Short Shorts/Sun Blonde/Surf USA look but Surf USA/Saffron or Short Shorts/Swell Baby or Saffron/Sun Blonde look would be beautiful as well.
Gah. Now I want all of them.

I wonder when "Summer Stash" will be online... I have everything else in my cart ready to go but someone from MAC told me that it might not be up for a week or two. Seems ridiculous.

No one is here because we are all busy refreshing and searching. :lol: I'm home so I am in full on stalker mode. I have to study, though so Mac better stop playing.
