MAC x Marcel Wanders 2 (Spring 2012) Discussion

As I usually BU products I like x 3, I should go with Back-Up King[SUP]3[/SUP]. I only buy what I really really really like. If I'm in doubt, I usually pass. This strategy works quite well for me.

And seriously, I adore the MW l/g formula. It's like a superior Cremesheen Glass - equally moisturizing as the c/s/g formula, but it lasts longer on the lips ==> best of both worlds. Bring it on, MAC.

Hey Back-Up King, I'd like to introduce to you the Back-Up Queen! It's a blessing and a curse at the same time- the compulsive need to BU a product like crazy worrying that you will run out eventually. Yet it feels so good to have more than 1 (or 2 or 3) of your favorite items! Restrict, for example, I have BU'd several times. I see a lot in this collection that I see myself doing the same with.

Oh jeez, I wish I could unread that. This is going to hurt in the budget area. Budget, who the heck am I kidding. I jest, but truly if you say you get a BU, I know I have to try a product.

If you like c/s/g, you must try the MW l/g. At least, there are only four l/g, so that's the damage control.

Are this an online-only collection in Germany? At that price point, it will probably not go as fast as other collections.

Last thing I heard it was only the Alsterhaus in Hamburg selling MW2. But I'm not really sure if that's true or not, because it seems a teeny bit unlikely - I would've expected it to be online exclusive.

I keep my fingers crossed. You certainly don't want to miss out on the gorgeous brush. It totally reminds me of a white Siberian husky dog.

I adore the MW l/s formula (and the l/g texture too). I hope that this formula will eventually enter the perm line or become repromoted soon. I usually don't go for frost finishes, but as the frost is so subtle and infused in a really creamy formula, it is absolutely divine.

I really like all the shades except the first one. (Which looks nice, it just wouldn't work on me.) Very classy and wearable!

I'm so happy that the formula is better. I dont like the texture of most of MAC's frost lippies. MAC is really stepping up thier lipstick game. Which is a blessing and a curse cause I adore thier lipsticks as it is! My credit is dooooomed
The second and third lippy look awesome! But dang, I need another pink lippy like a hole in my head. I'm scared to see the brush! It sounds amazing.

The perfume from this collection smells SO good. The only thing that sucks is that its not a spray, its like a balm in a little metal thing lol. It's 40 dollars, which sucks.

I actually like that it is a balm rather than a liquid, though it is not the most unisex parfume due to its flowery notes.

Meh, the balm i find isn't long lasting compared to a spray.
