I know right? I have a secret identity. I'm so bothered by all of this. We all buy early every release in a similar way. But this time is not ok? Don't they like the hype we create???

I've been away from the MAC world for a while but couldn't resist these lippies. So sad to read about all the problems everyone has been having with MAC CS.

I don't have many bright berry lipsticks but I thought I would share a few comparison pics. Unlike some others, Heaux doesn't seem to have deepened on me since I put it on about an hour ago.

Dear MAC, The link did not cause your launch to implode. You had 400,000+ customers trying to access the site at noon *like you wanted* and your little experiment failed. Some people waited 4-6 hrs and got zilch. I don't see what pre-launch orders had to do with gateway timeouts. Worse, your decision to manually cancel some pre-launch orders and retrieve packages out for delivery so you can exact revenge on innocent customers is just sad. Lastly, blaming Temptalia or Specktra (where your most loyal customers gather for info) is not only insulting, it tells me you have learned nothing from your mistakes and that I should avoid future MAC Cosmetics Online releases with a set launch time. I would hope no one was actually trying to apply ANY lipstick while it was fully extended. That would be asking for it to break! The only time I fully extend any lippie is if it is obviously leaning (as was my RiRi Boy upon arrival) to inspect the base. Otherwise I can't imagine a need to do so. I'm hoping I missed something where someone actually said they were doing any of these things! I just hope those of us that received damaged lippies on arrival are in the very small minority!

Anybody have any suggestions for a l/l to go with Heaux? I just got my black box from UPS today :) I was very pleased that Heaux looks more berry like Karen's swatch than T's :)

Every package I receive from MAC has a return sticker included. I don't know what packages you all receive that don't.
