Exactly! The other thing is the photo that they have posted on their webpage. It really looks a lot like the last version of PT, and not like what we have been seeing at all. There is a ton of veining in the photo....hmmmmm
My 2009 PT doesn't look like Temptalia's 2009 swatch, either. It's peachier, like the 2014 one, but deeper peach and slightly pinker. In the pan, it's got all the veins she had, but just less of the lavender and pink. Mileage really varies, even in the same launch. And I have to say, this round of SR does look great. I actually never use my SR but I think the new one makes a great highlighter. To buy or not to buy.. that is the question.

The problem is that so many people are stuck with having to roll the dice with an online purchase, especially with LE items selling out so fast. You have no time to comparison shop. None.[/COLOR]
You might have to clear your history.how did my web browser get on the canadian site?? and I cant get it off!!!![]()
Can you just go & choose US in the country chooser? I remember this happening to a few people along the way.how did my web browser get on the canadian site?? and I cant get it off!!!![]()
I'm wearing PT now and it is TOTALLY peachy on me, no matter how hard I tried to get only the slight purple vein.. and I wanted a pink as I have enough peach.. so I'm sending mine back. The thing that has me irritated about PT, is that Mac itself described it as being pink. They promoted it as if it were the original PT. Peach and pink are clearly not the same colors. I know my colors Mac.....
It's been happening to me too! So annoying. I have to clear my cookies.how did my web browser get on the canadian site?? and I cant get it off!!!![]()
This is particularly problematic for someone like me who literally only has maybe 3 or 4 peachy face products I can pull off and not look utterly foolish in. I am just so cool toned I can't really pull peach off on my face. Pink is my go to, or lavender. I'm just so bummed. Mineralized products are my fave and I feel like they have all but abandoned cool toned products in terms of the MSFs, MES, and MBs whereas there used to be such a better balance. Last summer's collection was a disaster in that respect as well, as was Après Chic (I think that was the name of the one SR was re-released in). I have to look back to the summer 2012 collection to find more than one or two mineralized products that actually work for me.The thing that has me irritated about PT, is that Mac itself described it as being pink. Ladies, one of my biggest jobs was with MAC ... it was during the times when we worked like dogs on a major launch like V.Villans, HK, MContractor, Mega Metals and others -- and I felt proud to help with the production of the fine items in those lines. I am not saying MAC is putting out inferior products -- there are many excellent products but I have noticed that MAC has become about big name hype and less content as far as products (the Huggable ls being a recent exception). Don't write off a company like MAC because FoF was not a well thought out or confusing product line up. I am sure those of you who are unsatisfied will be able to return your items and next time.. just next time, don't jump in and order something you have not seen. If anything the message MAC should get is that it's customers want to see, feel and try before they spend their hard earned cash on products which don't approach their expectations. best of luck to all, HG Yah, you're right.
