If you are in the States, you may also contact your State Attorney office for consumer issues. That will really make them jump through hoops.
I'm in canada. I made one more email, and will wait a few days. If I get no response, I will call them. If that doesn't yield results, I'll have to call the credit company.

Ooh, I was thinking about Velvet Violet! Love the name too. Thanks for posting that!
Sure thing. I really love it and if I did not already have Violet Fatale which is one of my favorite TF's, I would get it for sure. As you can see from this dupe compare from T's website, they are very close: http://www.temptalia.com/submit-dupe?sbs=1&pid=116755&dupe=197166 So it is hard for me to justify though I want it anyway.

We're still close but we had too many domestic problems - we're better living apart.
That's why I started posting here - I don't know any people irl, who love and buy makeup as much as I do!
Same here! No one that I know beyond this forum understands my obsession!!!

This person who ripped on my Mom always frets about giving monies to the homeless, church, whatever. Worthy causes, and yes my parent's do donate to the charities of their choice. Then this is the woman who will literally drive 10 miles to purchase a loaf of bread for 10 cents less then the store near her home. The best one is when this woman went on for hours how many hungry children could have been fed for the 600.00 my Mom spent on her goodies. But this chic always asks my Mom for any mascara samples she might have!!!!
Wow! I guess it takes all kinds!!!!!

Ugh-- so sorry that happened to you. So you are a lot darker in color AND redder? It's hard to adjust because it kinda changes everything.

A lot darker and cooler.

I've only ever used Aveda or other non-ammonia-based formulas on my hair. Something with a ton of ammonia in it was used on it, which fried it and literally burned my scalp. Not happy. And not able to at least warm it up.

I'm thinking darker looks are probably my best friend right now- lots of color.

I'm trying for the life of me to remember why I passed on Sugar Dune last year. It's fantastic!

Soooo glad it's back for good.

It's healing. But it's also why I can't mess with anything right now. Hence the "make it work" philosophy.
Yes, that's the right attitude. I would probably dump a bottle of aloe vera on my scalp to help it heal, it's so cooling. And dark looks are fun-- sure you will make it work. Time to try something a little bit different.

I am the queen of last minute packing with too many options in case I change my mind. I have a trip coming up in a few weeks where there are too many different weather and dress options-- dreading it. What makeup are you planning?

Basically, i was re-purchasing some necessities: mascara, living proof shampoo, brow pencil, etc. and it came out to be like $109. Which is nothing to me, especially for getting staple items I use every day!! The SA goes "your total today is $109, are you paying cash or card" and the woman behind me made the most judgemental noise, like she was disgusted at me. I wanted to turn around and dump my 5 staple products on her feet and say "about $20 per item is perfectly fine--- Mind ya own business!!!!" But you're right. It's not her concern. It still bothered me at the time, unfortunately. Sigh.
Some of those reactions are rooted in jealousy too Lauren. People like that are to be IGNORED.

I'm alternating aloe and shea butter.

It'd be more fun if it wasn't supposed to be 90 every day this week!!
