are le palettes (for example the royal assets palettes, or the novel twist palettes, etc) faked? i know that there are lots of fake palettes, but you take one look and know that mac never put it out. so are these le palettes faked like the single shadows and pigments are?

i searched a couple pages and didn't see anything similar to this.. so i've had the deluxe palette forever and its beautiful but i have such a hard time figuring out what colors to combine with what. i'm really not sure why i have such a hard time but i i've been finding it really hard to use...

i've read the guide on identifying fake mac pigments tons of times and it shows swatches of fakes against the real thing, but what i want to know is, if you swatch a real vs a suspected fake and they match, is that what definitely determines that the pigment is real and not fake?
